1. Shipping Destinations

LNAUJS currently offers shipping to eligible addresses within the United States.

We do not offer international shipping to destinations outside the United States.

Shipping availability for a specific U.S. delivery address will be confirmed during checkout. Orders can only be completed for addresses supported by our shipping services.

2. Shipping Origin and Fulfillment

All customer orders are fulfilled and shipped from within the United States through our cooperating U.S.-based third-party logistics providers.

Our logistics partners handle order preparation, packaging for shipment, and domestic delivery arrangements.

Customer orders are not shipped directly from our company or manufacturing address in China.

Our China address is used for company operations and manufacturing-related activities. It is not our U.S. fulfillment location or standard customer return address.

3. Shipping Rates

LNAUJS offers FREE standard shipping on all eligible U.S. orders, with no minimum purchase requirement.

Free Shipping: All eligible orders qualify for free standard shipping, regardless of order value.

No Minimum Purchase: There is no minimum order amount required to receive free standard shipping.

No Standard Shipping Fee: Customers are not charged a standard shipping fee for eligible U.S. orders.

Shipping availability will be confirmed during checkout. The applicable shipping charge of $0.00 USD will be displayed before payment is completed.

4. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.

Business Days: Monday through Friday, excluding applicable U.S. public holidays.

Daily Order Cutoff: 2:00 PM Pacific Time (PT), Los Angeles time.

Processing Time: 1–2 business days.

Orders placed and successfully confirmed before 2:00 PM PT on a business day may begin processing that day.

Orders placed at or after 2:00 PM PT, or on weekends or applicable U.S. public holidays, will begin processing on the next business day.

Processing time refers to the time required to prepare, verify, and hand over an order to the shipping carrier.

It does not include the time the carrier takes to deliver the package.

5. Shipping and Delivery Time

LNAUJS offers free standard shipping for all eligible U.S. orders.

The total estimated delivery time includes both order processing and shipping transit.

Delivery estimates are calculated in business days, excluding weekends and applicable U.S. public holidays.

Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier operations, weather conditions, and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

These delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

6. Order Tracking

Once an order has been shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email containing available tracking information.

Customers can use the tracking information provided to check the shipment status through the applicable shipping carrier.

Please allow time for the carrier to update the tracking information after the package has been transferred for delivery.

7. Shipping Address Requirements

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.

If redelivery is requested due to an address error provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply.
